Our Founder
I have a long standing passion for bringing groups together in the aviation industry to inspire innovation and promote collaboration through various workshops. When people are given the opportunity to work well together – complex problems can be solved and great things can be achieved.
I worked for the past two decades managing projects and developing new business initiatives for leading corporations in the aviation field. It was in these positions that I developed a variety of innovative programs and began creating a toolbox of practical processes for collaborative management and facilitation.
I have used my extensive experience to help clients systematically improve their daily operations, advance team performance on capital projects, resolve complex problems, discover growth opportunities, or increase their overall innovative capabilities.
